Havilah Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris McDuff as Partner in their Perth Office.
As former Dispute Resolution Partner for an interstate law firm, Chris brings to Havilah Legal a wealth of international knowledge and experience in a number of fields, holding an international qualification in insolvency – Chris is the only INSOL (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals) Fellow in Perth, and an expert in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional insolvencies.
He is highly experienced in commercial litigation (in particular mediations, having trained at Harvard Law), construction and hedge fund litigation in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
Chris’s career has seen him practice in the UK, the Cayman Islands, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
