On Monday 9 February 2015, the Havilah Legal team participated in an introductory Lean Six Sigma Course facilitated by Craig D’Souza, Senior Consultant, 3Pillars Asia Pacific.
This session introduced us to the fundamental principles of Lean and Six Sigma, with a focus on continuous improvement and how each member of the team can contribute to continuous improvement projects and incremental changes within our workplace.
This workshop was an excellent opportunity for all team members to learn together and support each other in applying these new concepts to our everyday work practices. It also comprises another building block in our firms ongoing business improvement journey.
